The service
Nundra is a product of INAYA SRL, Via Mascheroni 29, 20145 Milano, Italy, VAT number IT14662680967. It reads commodity news, works out what each event could do to your markets, and sends you alerts, a morning brief and our calls on events. These terms apply when you create an account or pay for a plan.
Information, not investment advice
Nundra gives information. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it never tells you to buy or sell. Our calls can be wrong, and an alert can arrive late or not at all. What you do with the information is your decision and your responsibility.
Your account
An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and keep your email up to date, because that is where we write to you about your account. You can delete your account from its settings at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk, and we tell you why.
Plans and payment
The 3 and 10 commodity plans start with 7 days for €29, paid when you start. The All commodities plan is paid from the start. The trial is once per person: if you have been a customer before, you pay the plan from the start. Every plan renews on its own every month or every year, as you chose, at the price you see before you pay, until you cancel. A plan that starts with the trial renews when the trial ends. Stripe charges your card, and we never see your card number. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again and you keep access for a few days. After that, access stops.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops. If you delete your account instead, your subscription ends at once, with no refund for the days left.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw within 14 days of your purchase by writing to [email protected]. The service starts right away, at your request, so we refund what you paid minus the part of the period you have already used.
Using what you receive
Alerts, briefs, calls and the Desk are for you and your own work. Don't resell or republish them, and don't share your account. Don't copy the service with scripts or other automated access.
Changes
Nundra is new and will change. We add, change and sometimes remove features, and we don't promise the service will always be available. If we change these terms or raise your price, we email you first, and you can cancel before the change applies.
Liability
As far as the law allows, INAYA is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities or other indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months. Nothing here limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.
Law and contact
These terms follow Italian law, and the courts of Milan decide any dispute. If you use Nundra as a consumer, you keep the protections of the law and the courts of the country where you live. Write to [email protected] with any question.
